***Please Note*** After careful deliberation we have decided to discontinue our purebred Arabian
breeding program. Although Kia will remain here for the rest of his days we will no longer be offering him at public stud.
He will be gelded and retire as my riding horse after fufilling his 2013 breeding obligations. Thanks to all of those who
have supported him the last few years*******
Ever since I began breeding Arabians I have had the picture of my ideal Arabian in my minds eye. Until I met Kia it was
only a vision. This gorgeous stallion comes closer, than any before him, to my idea of the ideal Arabian. Kia has
all the ingredients to become a valued asset to the future of the breed. His pedigree brings to the forefront greats
such as Tornado and Pistoleero. His correct conformation and athletic ability combined with his extreme type will help cement
the primary objectives of our breeding program- breeding acomplished athletes that are unmistakeably Arabian- with the possible
added bonus of color!
The 2011 babies are growing up and we couldn't be more pleased, and this years 2012 babies are just as
good! All are typey, correct and tall with outstanding pocket pony temperments as well as well as wonderful minds for
learning. And man is Kia putting on the chrome!
The consistent quality that Kia is siring is outstanding. He might very well be the best stallion to ever stand
here at Foxwillow! And considering the caliber of stallions we have had the honor of including in our breeding program (including
Magnum Spatz and the late great Colonel J) that is saying something!
NEWS!!! Kia just went to his first "Big Ride"! There were 37 horses and he was better behaved than most of the other
horses. Surrounded by mares, geldings it just didn't matter. I had to tell most people he was a stallion- and then they looked
to make sure I wasn't lying! This horse is a true ambassador for the breed- he is everything the Arabian was meant to
be before the "Crazy A-rab" stigma took hold. I plan on taking him to every organized ride, ACTHA ride, Cowboy Challenge,
Parade and any other Equine Event we attend and educating as many as we can about the myths and misconceptions about
this wonderful breed. Kia's foals are inheriting his wonderful disposition and trainability too!!
